Scope and contracting business
These terms concern the digital services branded Melion, provided by ELP Ventures IV LLC (Delaware, United States) as part of ELP Ventures. A paid membership has its own order and membership terms. A flight has a separate contract with the named operating carrier. These website terms do not replace those documents or any rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Eligibility and accounts
You may browse public information without buying a membership. Creating or managing an account requires the legal capacity to enter a contract or appropriate authority to act for the account holder. Keep account details accurate and credentials secure. An authorised booker must have the account holder’s permission. Access to a paid feature depends on the current membership entitlement; it does not by itself confirm a flight.
Permitted use
Use the platform for genuine flight research, membership enquiries and authorised account activity. Do not impersonate another person, submit fraudulent requests, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, or access another person’s records without authority. Restrictions on automated access or copying apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not remove statutory exceptions or accessibility rights.
Prices, aircraft and availability
Indicative amounts are planning references, not offers to sell transportation at a fixed price. Currency, trip type, passenger count, itinerary and inclusions matter. Images, aircraft guides and Cabin 3D views are representative; the actual aircraft and configuration must be confirmed. An empty leg can change or disappear if the underlying operator schedule changes. Review the carrier’s final documents before committing.
ELP GPT assistant
The assistant provides automated support about Melion. It may make mistakes and cannot confirm a flight, guarantee a saving, verify a travel document, authorise a payment or make a safety decision. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, identity documents, medical details or other sensitive information in chat. Chat does not create a booking or change a contract. Use the member portal or contact the team for a matter requiring a person.
Content and third-party services
Melion and its licensors retain rights in platform software, branding and original content. A limited right to use the platform does not transfer those rights. Aircraft manufacturer names and third-party marks identify their respective owners and do not imply endorsement. Carrier, payment, verification and other external services may have their own terms and notices. Melion remains responsible for its own legal obligations.
Service changes and suspension
The platform may change or be temporarily unavailable. Melion may restrict misuse or access that presents a genuine security or legal risk, subject to applicable law and any paid contract. Where practical and appropriate, affected users should receive an explanation and a way to raise an error. Changes to these terms apply prospectively; material changes to an existing paid agreement require the notice and consent that agreement and law require.
Responsibility and preserved rights
Reasonable care is still required. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury or another matter to the extent the law prohibits exclusion. Mandatory consumer, privacy and passenger protections prevail over inconsistent wording. Any limitation on remote or consequential loss operates only to the extent lawful and reasonable in the circumstances; this is not a blanket release of Melion or a carrier.

Choose aircraft preferences for each sector and combine empty legs with charter. Melion Intelligence consults suitable flight providers; you approve each final offer before booking. Melion’s service fee is 5% for an empty leg and 10% for charter, calculated on the original operator fare excluding government taxes. The full documented like-for-like operator discount becomes future-flight credit after completion and reconciliation; it does not reduce today’s payment.
