Who this code covers
This code sets the standards Melion expects from suppliers, technology providers, consultants and participating aviation businesses. A supplier’s signed agreement determines its contractual obligations; publishing this code alone does not amend an existing agreement. Suppliers must also comply with the laws that apply to their activities.
Accurate authority and representation
Air carriers must hold the operating and economic authority required for each flight they offer and remain responsible for operational control, aircraft, crew, maintenance and flight decisions. Suppliers must not describe Melion as an aircraft operator or suggest that membership replaces a carrier’s licence, insurance or contract. Notify Melion promptly of a material change in authority or ability to perform.
Fair dealing and commercial integrity
Provide accurate aircraft, capacity, availability and price information. Identify material charges, limitations, substitutions and cancellation terms before a customer commits. Disclose relevant commissions, referral payments, conflicts of interest and business relationships when required. Do not offer bribes, improper inducements, concealed kickbacks or misleading discounts.
People, employment and safety
Respect human rights and applicable employment, wage, working-time, occupational-safety and nondiscrimination requirements. Do not use forced labour, unlawful child labour, harassment or retaliation. Provide a safe working environment. A carrier retains responsibility for determining whether and how a flight may lawfully and safely operate.
Privacy, security and artificial intelligence
Use personal information only for an authorised, necessary service purpose and protect it with appropriate access controls. Do not place passenger identity documents, payment credentials or confidential member information in an unapproved AI system. Do not reuse Melion support conversations for model training. Subprocessors and cross-border handling require the safeguards and approvals applicable to the engagement.
Sanctions, competition and records
Observe applicable sanctions, export controls, anti-money-laundering obligations and competition rules. Do not exchange competitively sensitive information unlawfully or fabricate bids. Keep accurate service, payment and compliance records for the period required by the relevant agreement and law. Supply evidence of compliance through an appropriate, secure channel when reasonably requested.
Environment and claims
Follow applicable environmental requirements. Support any environmental, emissions or sustainability representation with evidence and disclose its scope. Do not describe a flight as carbon neutral, independently certified or otherwise verified without substantiation for that specific claim.
Concerns and corrective action
Report suspected misconduct, privacy incidents or material service failures through Melion’s contact page, selecting supplier or operator support. Do not include sensitive passenger documents in an initial report. Melion may request corrective action or exercise rights in the supplier agreement; immediate safety or legal concerns should also be directed to the appropriate authority. Good-faith reporting must not lead to retaliation.

Contact Melion ↗Aircraft choices and mixed itineraries
Choose aircraft preferences for each sector and combine empty legs with charter. Melion Intelligence consults suitable flight providers; you approve each final offer before booking. Melion’s service fee is 5% for an empty leg and 10% for charter, calculated on the original operator fare excluding government taxes. The full documented like-for-like operator discount becomes future-flight credit after completion and reconciliation; it does not reduce today’s payment. Each sector is separately confirmed and has its own cancellation and payment terms. Read the membership and service terms.
