Who is responsible

ELP Ventures IV LLC, trading as Melion, is responsible for the Melion platform’s handling of personal information. Legal notices: 40 West 57th Street, 16th Floor, New York, NY 10019, United States. For privacy requests, contact support@melionair.com. Independent carriers and external payment or verification providers may have their own legal responsibilities and notices.

02

Information you provide

Information can include your name, email, telephone number, billing and contact address, company, membership, account permissions, aircraft preferences, itinerary sectors, passenger and emergency-contact details, necessary travel documents and enquiries. Booking and credit records include original and confirmed quotes, fees, payments, refunds, earned credits, redemptions and accepted terms.

Give another traveller’s information only with appropriate authority and required notice. Supply identity, payment and sensitive travel information only through the designated secure flow. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or medical records in ordinary chat or contact forms.

03

Payments and verification

Stripe processes membership and enabled card payments. Bank-transfer and reconciliation services support deposits and flight settlement; Mercury is used for Melion’s bank-transfer arrangements. Didit is used where the hosted identity-verification flow is enabled. Supabase supports account and service records, and hosting and communications providers support delivery of the platform and transactional messages.

These services process the information needed for their function and may return payment status, verification or document-matching results to Melion. Enter information in the named provider’s secure flow and read its notice. Your card on file or identity verification is not consent to unrelated use or new charges.

04

Device, location and browser storage

Hosting, authentication and security services process connection and device information, including IP address, browser information, request time and security events. Browser storage supports sign-in, selected flight preferences, installation prompts, essential settings and public offline assets. Private account, payment, passenger-document and flight-request responses are excluded from the public offline cache.

Location can help show nearby airports and flights. Precise device location requires your browser’s permission and can be disabled in browser settings. You can search by airport without granting precise location. See the cookie notice for storage choices and clearing instructions.

05

Purposes and choices

Melion uses information to administer membership, prepare and consult on authorized flight requests, arrange accepted bookings, deliver necessary passenger details to providers, collect and reconcile payments, administer future-flight credit, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. The applicable basis may be contractual necessity, consent, a legal obligation or another basis permitted in the relevant jurisdiction.

Marketing is separate from booking administration and requires the consent or other basis required by law, with an accessible unsubscribe method. An enquiry is not blanket permission for unrelated marketing or sharing across ELP Ventures businesses. Optional tracking is not required to use the core service.

06

Automated support and decisions

ELP GPT provides optional automated support about Melion. It may be inaccurate and does not confirm flights, authorize payments or make carrier safety, medical or border decisions. The conversation you enter is processed to answer you and maintain service security. Clear chat or leaving the page clears its in-page history; this does not delete provider records that must be retained under an applicable policy or law.

The support interface does not give the assistant access to your private payment tools, identity documents or passenger records. Flight recommendations and availability checks assist your decision: you approve an offer, and the carrier retains operational decisions. Contact Melion for help with an automated result or a consequential account issue.

07

Sharing and international processing

Melion shares the itinerary, aircraft requirements and relevant constraints with suitable operators or authorized flight providers to obtain and confirm options. We limit identifying information during initial consultation. The selected provider receives passenger information needed for the booking, operating requirements and lawful reporting. Different sectors may involve different carriers and recipients.

Necessary data is also processed by payment, banking, verification, hosting, communications and professional service providers. Lawful disclosures may be made to authorities or to address an actual legal or security matter. Providers may process data in the United States, Canada and other countries; applicable safeguards are used, and local laws may permit authority access. Contact Melion for information about relevant recipients and safeguards.

08

Retention and safeguards

Information is retained only for the time needed for its service purpose and applicable accounting, legal, regulatory, dispute or security obligations. Retention differs for a draft, a completed booking, an identity-verification result and a financial ledger. Contact Melion for the retention period or criteria relevant to your record. Deleting a draft does not erase a completed transaction that must lawfully be retained.

Access is restricted to authorized people and services. Technical and organizational safeguards are used; no system is completely secure. Incidents are assessed and reported to affected people and authorities when required by applicable law.

09

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, information about recipients or processing, withdrawal of consent, restriction or objection, and review of an automated result. Send requests to support@melionair.com. Verification must be proportionate; do not send sensitive documents in ordinary chat. Some records must be retained, and withdrawing information needed for a service can affect that service.

You may complain to the relevant privacy regulator. Where applicable law gives rights concerning sale, sharing or targeted advertising, those rights remain available. The current platform does not enable optional advertising or analytics tracking; browser Global Privacy Control is honoured by the preference control for optional tracking.

10

Children and changes

The account service is for adults and authorized bookers. A responsible adult may provide necessary information for a child passenger through the travel workflow. The assistant is not intended to collect children’s sensitive information. Material new purposes or disclosures require the notice and, where required, fresh consent prescribed by law. A policy update does not retroactively authorize a new use.
